How many apartments?

There are a total of 58 apartments (plus related amenities and covered parking) in this phase.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, we charge a fee to apply (to cover the background check cost), so Apply Now! Applicant’s gross monthly income should be at least 3 times monthly rent.

How much is the security deposit?

The typical security deposit amount is the equivalent to the rent for 1 month, contingent on the outcome of the required background check.

What is included in the rent?

We provide complimentary internet connectivity to every apartment home via ethernet dataport. Residents are responsible for broadcasting their own WiFi with their personal routers. Residents are also responsible for establishing electricity accounts through Dominion Energy. Water, Trash, and Sewer utilities are also the residents responsibility and paid through a Resident Utility Bill Back Program. These utility charges will be posted monthly to each account and due with rent.  Also, all units are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

How do I arrange a tour?

How long is your lease?

Traditional 12-month lease terms are available. If you need shorter terms, please inquire for variable short term pricing. Minimum lease term is 6 months.
